International Customer Service advisors at The Hut Group are the voice of our brands and will use a range of communication methods to ensure that wherever possible, customer enquiries and complaints are resolved at the first point of contact.
Working within the International Customer Service team and interacting with potential, new and existing customers to provide quality customer service, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience. Responding to customer’s queries via telephone and email. Handling overflow contacts from the UK team. Responding to queries received via Social Media or Live Chat if required. Assisting with quality scoring. Carrying out occasional translation. Ensuring emails are responded within 24 hours. Answering 98% of calls within 20 seconds. Achieving a minimum quality standard of 85% and striving for first time resolutions.

• Member of an armed security team on board commercial vessels transiting through the High Risk Area.
• Work directly with vessel's crew to achieve safe transits by assessing potential risks and implementing measures to alleviate them.
• Support vessel's Master with daily operational security functions.
• Assist with boardroom multimedia presentations including video and graphs for enhanced security understanding.
• Detect suspicious activities using various systems including RADAR and the Automatic Identification System.
Job involved working with crews of varying nationalities in a dangerous environment where lives depended on your ability to build strong working relationships. This was accomplished through excellent verbal communication and ensured that procedures were followed.
